This is a website listing Spanish properties that are for sale directly from the owners. Thus by-passing the estate agents and the cost of their commission, commonly at least 5% in Spain. 

This enables owners to sell at a more attractive price and for buyers to find a property that does not bear that extra cost of commission. 

Sadly, it is a common belief among house sellers here in Spain that "the buyer pays the agents commission" Not strictly true ! It adds to the total cost of the house making the price less competitive. The commission and any charges are then deducted from the amount the seller receives.
(For a €250,000 property this can be at least €12,500).

If you are a seller ---------------

You provide us with the details of the property for sale, together with all the photographs  you would like, and for a one-off fee of €100 we will list it on this site for as long as you wish or until sold. There is no limit to the number of pages, photographs and text you can have for the description but if you have more than one property to sell the cost is €100 per property. We will put any enquirers and  potential purchasers directly in touch with you and you will then conduct all negotiations between yourselves. We will take no part in the transaction and will require no further payment from either party. If you prefer  us not to publish your name or contact details  we can forward all enquiries to you.

If you are a buyer ----------------

If you find the same house on this site at a lower price than on other sites please do not think that there is something strange/suspicious about this. It really is only that the owners are choosing not to include agents commissions in their selling price. If it is the same price as on agents sites you will not be expected to pay agents commissions and you can negotiate accordingly  with the owner. 

When you find a property that is of interest to you on this site, use the contact details shown, which will either be the owner or ourselves. If the latter, we will direct your interest and enquiry to the owner who will then contact you,  you will then be left to negotiate any sale between yourselves. We will require no payment from you and we will take no part in the  transaction.
