Description of the House:
The living area consist of two
levels:-
The first level has two double
bedroom and one single bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a bath and one with
a shower), a fitted kitchen and a big open space living and dining room.
The second level is a big living room and a huge roof terrace plus another
balcony on the other side of the living room, there is a wood burner in the
upstairs living room and all rooms have got Air Conditioning and Heating. The garage can hold up to 7 cars but it is now used as a workshop and has
workbenches and tool racks. The owners have 3 cars in there plus 22
Mountain bikes and equipment, the garage also has a toilet and a little
storeroom at the back.
There is a corner shop opposite with all the food and drinks you could
want. A Dia Supermarket is within easy walking distance in the
town. Big supermarkets like Mercadona are in the surrounding villages of
Olvera, Villamartin or in Ronda (30 mins away by car). The
owners have lived in the house full time with their daughter happily
going to the local Guarderia and then to school in
the town. Algodonales has the facilities & infrastructure to
ensure a comfortable and rewarding lifestyle. Not
only the house but Algodonales itself has a lot to offer, it is a
base for the Para gliders as it has the ideal surroundings for this
and other sporting activities. The town has a Plaza and a big church in the
centre (5 mins walking distance from the house) with lots of Bars and
Restaurants surrounding the Plaza.
