The property is set in beautiful landscaped gardens which include many different type of fruit trees, vines for those lovely Spanish grapes, all easily maintained with a built in irrigation system.

There is also a vegetable plot in which the owners grow their own salads and vegetables.

The house itself is surrounded by large patios on three sides.  There is a utility room off the front patio.  The rear patio has a cane roof to provide the shade, essential in summer and there are two extra rooms built on this patio.  One is an outside toilet with washbasin, and the other presently houses the washing machine, additional fridge and freezer and cupboard space.  The side patio overlooks the lovely 8 *4m swimming pool. 

The views from these patios is fantastic, the town of Iznajar can clearly be seen and Rute is visible in the distance.

Inside the house the accommodation consists of a lounge, dining room,  large kitchen and office/4th bedroom.  Marble stairs lead to the first floor landing with balcony opening onto the front of the property, three double bedrooms, the main bedroom with large en-suite bathroom.  There is a second bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin, serving the 2nd and 3rd double bedrooms. 

A sizable outbuilding, 10*6.2m, at present provides storage, workshop space etc & houses the garden irrigation system. This could readily be changed to provide additional accommodation for letting or other use.

In addition, outside the fenced in boundaries, there is a large area on which at present there is a disused garage.  This area is big enough to build a small bungalow with garden for extra accommodation if desired.
